hands were dry. The person outside this store sampled me some lotion. It smelled like babies. It felt okay though. Hands weren't dry anymore. Not a store I'd go into though. Too smelly.
Great Customer Service – If this is the location in Highland Village... the customer service here is AMAZING! The staff is full equipped with knowledge and are excellent at making you feel welcomed. The products work, of course, but this Kiehl's location is just terrific due to their great customer service. It's nice receiving all the samples, too! :)

Kiehl's is the best! – I was a little sceptical at first, because they seemed quite trendy based on all the celebrity buzz for the products. However, that's not at all what they are - the products are an incredible value, they actually do what they say they will (what a concept), and you will quickly be turned into a lip balm addict if you ever try theirs! I can't think of a better place to spend my money :)
Top luxury – Kiehl's knows how to bring you the products you want and need. The labels on their goodies aren't fancy - they don't need to woo you into buying their products. They are just the best. You can get free samples if you ask and they have testers for their products, which helps make you feel about about how much you are spending on toiletries!
