Buy online. I brought a return to the store and they refused to process it. I would recommend just purchasing online- no point in visiting in person!

I’ve been using Kiehl’s consistently since 2016. But I think it’s time to find another brand. Two moisturizers I purchased online, one last year and the other a few months ago, arrived with an odd texture and color to it. Upon returning both of them to the store, the associate I dealt with informed me that the letter system for their manufactured year stated those products were 4 years old. Visited the location at North Park Mall in Dallas and had a great experience. Nice to have a male working there to give me recommendations. The gal working was also very helpful.

Very poor customer service here at Northpark. I called dealt with Elaine and told her I had problems with an online order. She then said she would honor, but when I show up to the store she acted as if no idea and not going to honor. I asked for management contact info and was refused. Very dissatisfied. Need a zero star rating 1 is still to high….
