Rewards program & customer service are both pretty sad. I keep getting notifications that points I just received from recent orders are expiring in a few days. Called customer service & they explained this extremely strange policy to me. So basically if u become a member in November & buy something 11 months from then those points will expire in 1 month. Wouldn’t have believed it if I wasn’t told twice by their “customer service” team.
Buy online. I brought a return to the store and they refused to process it. I would recommend just purchasing online- no point in visiting in person!
I’ve been using Kiehl’s consistently since 2016. But I think it’s time to find another brand. Two moisturizers I purchased online, one last year and the other a few months ago, arrived with an odd texture and color to it. Upon returning both of them to the store, the associate I dealt with informed me that the letter system for their manufactured year stated those products were 4 years old.
