Friendly staff, excellent products I love Kiehl's products. The few (small-sized) ones I buy give me the small dose of luxury that I think every broke twentysomething needs. But I must admit, I was intimidated the first time I went into the Kiehl's store in Highland Park Village. I don't exactly "fit in" with their normal clientele. But the staff was surprisingly friendly and helpful, and didn't even scoff at my measily purchase (when the dude next to me was dropping $500 on lotion and shampoo or something).
