My family has been coming to the clinic for more than 30 years. My fiancé bought his dog to get his yearly shots and to get shaved and we were very unhappy with the service. First of all his dog is a small 13 pound dog. They were suppose to call me if they had any problems. The clinic never called me. They gave the dog anesthesia to shave him. The reason they gave was for his and their comfort. I have asked several groomers if they would ever put a dog in anesthesia. They said they have never put a dog under anesthesia. ( no... read more
I absolutely love Kiehl Avenue Animal Clinic! They are the best, most caring staff 💕. They all cried with us and were so empathetic with Bella. Dr. Julie & Dr. Kaufman are amazing. They sent us this card with the sweetest adornment card that we can plant and flowers will grow to remember her by and an ornament with her paw print. I came across Bella’s collar the other day and cried like a baby. I still miss her so much every day. I will cherish these forever ❤️.
I love this vet clinic. It doesn’t matter which doctor treats my babies, they are all awesome. I wouldn’t take my cat, dogs or birds any where else. I truly love and appreciate all of them, even their staff.
We saw Dr. Julie for our sweet Taiya Pearl. She is amazing and we are so blessed to have met her. She helped us and our sweet Taiya through a very tough time. She was compassionate, and cared about our girl. We will never be able to thank her, or recommend her enough!!! She's amazing and we love her for helping us give our dog peace. Dr. Kaufman and Dr. Hawley are incredible women. Both have been with me when I lost fur babies and both have helped get a new puppy started in our home. They love every pet.
Every time I have been there with my dogs, they have had excellent care. Dr Hawley is super kind and compassionate and spends as much time as you need. The front desk staff and techs are very competent and helpful. I would recommend this clinic to anyone looking for loving care for your pet!
