Dr. Hawley is incredible and so genuine. My last vet didn't understand why I was so willing to spend so much money on reptiles, but Dr. Hawley didn't even question it. She was so glad to see my scalebabies come in, and that was the moment I knew I was going to like her a lot.
We've been with Doc Sutherland for almost 20 years. He and his staff are the best. Wouldn't let anyone else care for my fur babies. Or our Snake Pliskin. Dr Holleys the best with reptiles. Love them!!
My big guy JuneBug had never been sick a day in his life and he will be 10 on July 17th. I was terrified at the thought of losing him. Dr. Kaufman was so good with him AND me. She was concerned for him and took the necessary steps to allow, what we finally figured out to be what he ate, to pass with minimal invasion. With the cost of surgery and his age being a factor, I SO appreciate Dr. Kaufman putting up with my tears and allowing me to talk through what I was comfortable doing for him. I grew up with a Pomeranian & Dr. Southerland saw her for her puppy shots & also put her down when she was 13 years old. Now I have two beagles & a husky & they have seen both Dr. Southerland & Dr. Kaufman. They are both GREAT vets & I have never had a bad experience here. The staff is very friendly & informative. The facility is absolutely amazing. I don't think I could trust anyone else with any of my fur babies!!
My dogs have seen all the Doctors at one time or another. Dr. Hawley has been taking care of my dogs since 2006 and we followed her to this place. We saw Dr. Sutherland yesterday. He was absolutely wonderful. He wasn't in a hurry and he found out where my dog's pain was coming from. A couple of years ago Dr. Kauffman treated my rescue dog for heart worms. I love and trust this team of doctors.
