I'd highly recommend Kieffer to anyone looking for HVAC repair or installation. Kieffer came out to take a look at my HVAC system that wasn't cooling. He checked the entire system before doing anything, including verifying the CFM and the duct pressure inside. He was able to identify a leak in the evaporator coils quickly, got the part ordered, and came back once the part arrived for the installation and repair. I would highly recommend using Kieffer if you are in need of a new HVAC system. I received 5 bids from other local businesses in Dayton. Some just looked at the square footage of my house, some just recommended an equivalent swap of the same sized equipment. Only Kieffer did the specific load calculation and airflow testing to see what system would be best for our home, recommending to actually downsize the existing units rather than maintain the same or increase in size. Awesome knowledge of heating and air…. Kieffer is very professional and conscientious. He was able to troubleshoot and correct numerous problems left by my previous heating and air installer. He gives an honest and fair estimate. Then performs the work in a timely manner. I could not be more pleased or impressed. I highly recommend his service.

Kieffer installed a new furnace and AC unit at my home in Kettering last year. When it comes to professionalism, knowledge, attention to detail, and quality of work, Kieffer is by far the best in town! He was always right on time and performed the installation quickly and efficiently. He presented and explained our options in great detail, we never felt pressured into any decisions, and he is always quick to answer my questions anytime I call or text. Highly recommended!
