Kieffer was very thorough and had the most advanced tools. Definately a step above your average HVAC technician! Highly recommend Kieffer!
I was absolutely dumbfounded from start to finish with the job by Kieffer's Heating & Cooling 2.0. Kieffer provided phenomenal, clear communication throughout the entire process. Long story short I had my heat pump die on me and decided it was time to replace my entire heat pump and air handler set up. I had several local. Kieffer has now replaced (2) full systems for us as we’ve recently moved. He’s as passionate about HVAC as anyone I’ve come across and it shows in his meticulous work. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing to make sure the system operates as well as it can. We’ve been very impressed with his work and will continue to use him in the future.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Kieffer not only provides amazing service but also provides education for general maintenance to be able to take care of a few things on your own. Kieffer always goes above and beyond to ensure my system is running at max optimization and is patient with all my questions. He took the time to thoroughly inspect the system, clearly explained what was going on, and answered all of my questions without making me feel rushed. 200% recommend Kieffer for all your needs! *Updated 6/24/2026* I moved into a new home about a year after working with Kieffer. Of course, our heat pump in the new house decided to die right before summer. Fortunately, I knew who to call.
