I do NOT recommend. He has scammed multiple tenants out of their security deposits. One year later he still owes me $850 and another tenant almost $1000. I cleaned meticulously and took photos and he said he would give me my deposit. Months later after multiple unanswered texts and calls he apologized and said I would receive money soon. It’s been almost a year and still nothing. DO NOT RENT YOU WILL NOT GET DEPOSIT BACK
