Horrible experience here about 2 years ago. Came across their Facebook again and went to see if my review was still here and it’s not! Not surprised to be honest. The manager decided to call me and harass me after I posted a very honest (severely critical) review of the terrible service. They are shady, they lie and they don’t have your best interest in mind. Is it really true that you people scammed an 80 year old lady?
How many people will fall into this trap? They will gladly pressure you to find out what you can afford, then suggest a higher payment but not take no for an answer. Sound familiar to anyone? It going on right now. Shady business practices. Lies. They just did it to an 80 year old woman.
Unprofessional, pushy and dishonest! If you are looking for a good vehicle and quality customer service, this is NOT the dealer for you. False advertising at it's finest. Save time and money and look elsewhere.
If you are looking for a vehicle, don't come here unless you want to pay thousands more than your car is worth, have no recourse against a slimy GM who when I asked him if he would stiff his own mom/grandmother like he did mine, said "I just do what I can 'legally' do!" Apparently that means high pressuring an 80 year old woman into a car she can't afford and even making sure it's thousands over cost! Can't say enough about how positive and professional the people at kiefer nissan are. Even though I'm picky and looking for just the right vehicle, they go above and beyond to get me what I need. Anybody looking for a new or used vehicle must check this lot out!
