Robert was absolutely wonderful as a sales person, I brought 5 kids with me not necessarily expecting to walk away with a new minivan same day but the entire team was extremely accommodating for the kids while we went through the purchase process, and, having already roadtripped and camped with the Carnival, I am thrilled with my vehicle and the dealership.Ā
Only giving one star because i have to in order to leave a review. (The service department)is AWFUL. ZERO customer service, ZERO communication skills. Had two appointments within a month period for a brake light bulb , both of which was a terrible experience. The issue is now worse by the way. DO NOT recommend . I will take my vehicle to chevrolet from now on to get worked on. Long story short. I had an appointment for a brake light bulb at around 10am. I dropped my vehicle off before hours.
