They don't return phone calls. They're rude. Took my car in for a warranty issue (paint). They said it would take three days. It took 14. They had no loaner car so they took me to Enterprise. The cheapest rental was $47 a day. KIA will reimburse $40 a day. A warranty issue ended up costing me well over $300. There is zero goodwill with Kiefer.
First, I bought my Kia Soul Crossover from this Kiefer Kia in 2016! I have brought my vehicle here for regular service. This week I originally wanted to get an oil change because my son and I are going on a road trip near the end of September. The Service Advisor Todd recommended that I do my 90,000 service now. Very nice
After going to several lots and finding a bunch of typical dirt bag car salesmen, I checked out Kiefer Kia and met Isaiah Boles. He was FABULOUS to work with! Very personable, listened, and did not put any pressure on me to buy. The guys there made sure to stay after closing with me the night when I dropped off my trade so I wasn’t there alone. They have been amazing with service. Highly recommend this dealership and its stellar employees!
