We called Kiefer A/C on Friday evening July 3 because our a/c stopped cooling (in 90 degree weather). We called so many companies for help and no one would come until the following Monday, except Kiefer A/C! Their service technician came the next morning, July 4th. Kiefer Heating And air has been handling all of the HVAC maintenance in my Covington apartments for more than a decade. I know most of the office staff, and they know me by name. They are very professional, they explain what they are doing and if anything needs relaced or fixed they go over why. The price is affordable. They are always on time and reliable.
