They are great at new installations as well as service work. I had my boiler serviced and they did a great job. Using factory OEM parts. The technician was very skilled and took the time to walk me through the repairs he was making and why. I was very comfortable with the service actions after speaking with him. Cannot get them to answer phones. When they finally answered the next day during the afternoon to ask why no one showed up for our scheduled service, the scheduler admitted she got the days mixed up. The flow control valve on our boiler went out 8 days after it was serviced by them, and now they have refused to answer their calls AGAIN. We tried to visit their office to see if we can get the service repaired under warranty and their place of business (their home), no one seems to be home.
