The doctor that sees our little one takes time with us and answers our questions. He offers different perspectives and helps us understand our options. He's approachable. The folks here seem great so far. I'm glad this is where we take our daughter.
Do NOT send your children here. They are practically asking for lawsuits at this point. My 4 month old was seen for his physical. As we were leaving, we were informed that the incorrect vaccination had been administered. He received a vaccine that is given to 16 year olds. TEENAGERS. He is an infant.
My grandson was a patient at Kidz Care if your child are getting shots please please check and make sure they are not the same shot. My grandson received 2 of the same shots.
Have been taking my kids here for years and there’s nothing negative I could ever say about the people or the place. 10/10 I recommend to anyone I know with children. They’ve handled my children well with the asthma, allergies and eczema and usual school sicknesses. No less than 5 stars!
The answering service is horrendous they ask what the address is which i read from Google. Thats incorrect- well Kidzcare needs to fix the address on google and stop being so heap outsourcing to India. A whole bunch of unnecessary questioning also this office needs to move to 21st century and allow online booking parents are working through the day having to call is so inconvenient, especially since they wont get a voicemail box to request appointments.
