New patient. Arrived at 10:10 for 10:30 appointment. Filled out all papers and insurance info. Sat in waiting room for 45mins. Got back in room and sat for an hour and 15mins. No contact with anyone. Did not see or hear nurses or doctors going in and out of other patient rooms. We walked out because it was terrible service. The office was NOT busy, only 3 other patients in there.
