Within the last year, I had my child going here for therapy. At first it was a positive experience, then next thing you know, there was a sign on the door saying parents were not allowed in the room, as I were told this was a open door policy and place. I walked in one time, my child was on equipment and the staff member who was suppose to be doing therapy with my child was in the office with the door closed.
