Dr Heider is 2nd to NONE!! He and all of his staff have PERFECTED both my son's teeth since "birth" sort of. He is the only dentist they have seen and... he did both of their orthodontist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Kidz and Teen every day of my life. They will not have a lifetime with really, really nice teeth/smile. We are all very grateful for their services. :D :D Keep up the good work Doc! :D :D Jayson :D

If I could give a ZERO star, I would. Please be aware. Kidz and Teen Dental is the worst place I have ever taken my child to. The staff is rude and very unprofessional. They make you wait for hours, they don’t help you with payments or insurance issues or questions, and they never call you back when they say they will. The staff roll their eyes at you and make nasty remarks when they don’t think you are listening. Dr. Haider has great bed side manners. He is really good with young children and children that are scared. He did a procedure on my 3 year old and it didn't hurt at all. He also did braces on my 12 year old and she has beautiful smile. We have been coming her for 5 years and are really happy with the doctor and staff. Every one is really helpful.

My son is really scared of dentist due to his past experience with another pediatric dentist in Richardson. There he had his tooth pulled without any sedation and now he is really nervous. I found Dr. Haider by searching on Google and finding a pediatric dentist with most positive reviews. My son had a procedure with Dr Haider in his office with a pill and laughing gas while I held his hand. This office had no problems letting me go back. I was recently referred to Dr. Haider from an dentist in Frisco, TX. My son was scared of our general dentist and wouldn't even let them take an x-ray. Dr. Haider and his staff were not even able to take his necessary x-rays but were also able to squeeze him into their busy schedules and take care of my son the same day. I was able to hold his hands during the procedure and he did so good for Dr. Haider. I found Dr. Haider very confident and capable and highly recommend him as a great pediatric dentist. Every experience I have with Dr. Haider and his staff is an extremely welcoming and very professional experience. They answer all my questions, greet me pleasantly, and want to be sure I am always satisfied. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great, friendly practice!

I scheduled my son's first dental appointment for when he turned 12 months old. The appointment was scheduled months in advance. When I got there, the waiting room was so full that there was no where to sit. There were at least 10 children with their parents in that room.
