By communicating with their patients. No notice of dentist being changed, no notification of a canceled appointment, no ability to contact you any way by phone. We have already set up an appointment with a new dentist after being royally screwed over today. The lack of communication cost my mother $1000 in income due to her coming to support our appointment (which we were never informed was canceled) due to possible exposure to covid-19 and the money spent and the time wasted on this by many different parties is sickening. 4... read more
