I NEVER write reviews. This use to be kidz planet. I brought my little boy in today running a fever. When we checked in, they confirmed my insurance on file. They let me sit there for THIRTY MINUTES before telling me I have a $175 bill, but couldn’t tell me why. My child had all kids, they pay everything but the copay, always. I called all kids insurance while I was in the office and they stated the Dr office NEVER filed a claim with them, and never billed them. So. The staff is amazing. They make you very comfortable being yourself. They do go above and beyond to helping you to stay healthy. I recommend them 100%.
