My kids absolutely love coming to Kidz and Play! It’s one of the few places in Columbus where children can safely explore, learn, and just be kids. The staff is always welcoming, the space is clean, and there’s a great variety of activities that keep my little ones engaged every time we visit. As a parent, I appreciate how the environment is clearly designed with kids in mind that is fun, imaginative, and age-appropriate. its a little expensive for what it is. not really that clean. a little fun. better off at a jump park for these prices. and what kind of business model is it to only provide a wifi password to "members" . that doesnktincentivize me to join lol
The only reason I’m giving one star is because it won’t let me leave zero. The staff when we went in were great but the lady working the front desk this afternoon was awful. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received and I will never spend money at this establishment again. The worker from the front desk even went as far as picking one of our children up and putting him over the gate then when she was asked not to put her hands on our child she said “you’re not talking to me”!! She refused to give me her name... read more
