I would not recommend this place! We have been a few times but the owner was always late but I just ignored it. This last time , I had requested two appointments on Friday. I got a message saying they were going to be close on Friday so the hours are not accurate. The owner then asked if I could come the same day by 330 because she closed at 4. I said yes I could get there by then and would try to be there earlier. I texted her when I was 15 minutes out ( we were going to arrive by 320) and she texted me back 15 minutes late... read more

Lynn never showed up to my daughters appointment. No one did. We waited a half hour. No one showed up. Calls went straight to voicemail. Never got a text back. Went to cost cutters to schedule an appointment, and a client there said the same thing happened to her a few months ago.

Our first appointment, we had a great cut with the stylist (not the owner). However, there was a last-minute change in stylist, causing ours to be unable to get there until about 20 minutes after our appointment time. We received no communication. I called several times while waiting, and finally got through just before the stylist arrived. Today, we tried again, hoping it was a fluke. I was really excited to take my kids for their first appointments at Kidz Kutz because I saw there were so many great reviews. It was disappointing that our experience was nothing like what I see other people have described. We got there 5 mins before our appt and Lynn wasn't there yet. Stuff happens, no big deal. Then the individual who let us into the salon (no idea if they worked there, didn't introduce themselves, I didn't know who they were/what role they had) told us they had to "go get" Lynn, and asked us to stay put ... read more

Took little man in for his first haircut. She was awesome, very approachable and caring. Made it fun for him. We will return.
