I’ve never had a bad experience with the doctor but the staff isn’t very friendly they make you to feel rushed and that your a burden and than after 7 months of constant payments for a balance I was charged when I had great insurance that I’ve been on time every month I got a call from Them early in the morning stating that I had unpaid balance and that numerous invoices had been sent to me and ignored and just was nasty after I told her she was mistaken I make a payment every month and no invoice has gone unanswered she cha... read more
We have always had very positive experiences here! Been going for almost 6 years and love all the nurses and doctors!
My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Gheay since she was born, we have also had visits with Dr Janklow, we love the practice, and everyone who has had a roll in the health care of our daughter. My daughter is now 21. This practice is always available 24/7!!!
Had a wonderful experience seeing Dr. Gupta. She took excellent care of our daughter and really reassured us as first time parents. Had an issue with health insurance taking forever to add my daughter and they were so helpful in telling us what bills had cleared and which hadn't so we could sort things out with insurance/employer.
I went to Dr. Ghaey and Dr. Jankelow when I was a kid and now that I have a child I bring her here. One of the best things about Kidz Health is that they will always fit you in. I’ve called at 4pm and gotten a sick kid appointment for 5:30pm. I feel like they listen to you and your concerns.
