Also you have been charged for the exam but without having the result. All offices of Kidz and Family Care have been scandals of bad practices that many patients have complaints about; some patients have been filing to Florida Medical Board because of getting their kids there for exams but there are NO results. I HIGHLY Not recommend to any patients !!!
This office is incompetent and very unorganized. They never answer their phone and the voicemail is always full. I have been inconvenienced so many times by the staff there. Do not take your children here.
This has been my family Doctor for 5 years! They keep changing staff and losing records! I hate this place!
Dr. Cynthia and her two assistants Maria and jossie are fantastic! They are very helpful and informative! Maria and jossie have great people and communication skills. Myself and my family love coming here. The best doctor's office in Orange city and for Deltona residents. Keep up the great work!!!!����
