I was not happy during our recent visit where we were told that there’s a $10 charge because the cost of PPE went up. That’s ridiculous for them to pass their overhead cost to their patients. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. In addition it’s not very kids friendly.

They were great with my daughter. She struggles with the dentist and they helped make sure she was as relaxed as she could be and were very patient with her.

I’ve been bringing my children to Kidz Dentistry in Springfield for the past year and half now, they are friendly , knowledgeable and I never feel rushed. I love their office and decorations. Go to them if you want to experience a clean family friendly dentist office.

Great staff and excellent service. My three children have been patients since toddlers (over 10 years) and absolutely love coming for their cleanings. Their office decor is very appealing to the little ones, making it a pleasant experience for them with fewer or no tears. Dr. Tran is an amazing doctor, very helpful and thorough in her exams and treatments. She makes sure parents and children understand and feel comfortable. The safety of patients and staff is a priority and they are following best practices to keep everyone healthy! I highly recommend Kidz Dentistry!

The staff is so nice, friendly and helpful. Both doctors (regular and orthodontist) are so nice and make my kids feel very comfortable. All 3 of my children have been coming here for 9 years now! And I plan on bringing my fourth when he is old enough. The staff and doctors go thru every procedure with you in detail so you know what’s going on. There is no surprise. They all are very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this place for all your pediatric dentistry needs!
