My son had a crown procedure here. The experience was awful. It felt like they rushed the process and didn’t wait long enough for the sedation to work fully. He was in clear pain and cried through it, which was heartbreaking to witness. We still have two extractions left, but I will not be bringing him back. Parents, please trust your instincts. If something feels off, speak up or seek care elsewhere. Your child deserves gentle, patient-centered care — especially when undergoing something as stressful as dental work.
Kidz Dental staff are always kind and attentive, and Dr. Otero is very nurturing. 10/10 service! Thank you!
