I shopped here several times in the past few months, I appreciate that they only take items for consignment that are clean and in good (or very good) condition. The store staff has always been helpful and courteous.
I used to love this place, but after today I probably won’t go back. The owner is not very friendly and lacks common customer service skills. The employee was nice and friendly. And now I am finding out from others that they have had the same experience.
