UNACCEPTABLE! I had an appointment for my 4 year old at 10:15 AM - It was his first time and I understand with new patients it takes some time to get processed and fill out paper work, but i waited ONE HOUR AND TWENTY MINUTES JUST TO SIT IN A CHAIR! * EDITED review* They are actually great it was just a shut day since this review I have seen great change and happy faces. Glad to see such a turn around
Dr. Choice and her staff are amazing! The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. I had a change in insurance and they followed up immediately to make sure my son was still covered there. They took time and work off my hands, which any parent can be grateful for! All of the other staff members/techs/hygienists are super friendly, personable, knowledgeable and great with kids. My son is on the Autism Spectrum and requires lots of extra patience. Dr. Choice’s approach to kids is spot on! My son has been a patient for years... read more
