This is truly one of the most third rate medical practices that I've come across. Certain days they only have appointments for kids on social assistance or no insurance. Unfortunately, a virus, bacteria, and injuries don't time their occurrence on whether Kidzcare takes insurance that day (I asked about cash payment but they have my insurance on file...). Find a more reliable pediatrician.
If I could give this place zero stars, absolutely it would happen. This place has gone downhill since we originally started coming here. One time in particular we had gotten into a room, and there were dead cockroaches on the side corners of the room as well as a bloodstain on top of the chair. It looked like it had been used a while ago and definitely not sanitized when we brought it up to the nurse when she came into the room they didn’t seem to care and we weren’t even apologetic or offer to clean what we just had to clea... read more
