Called to make an appointment for my newborn, was immediately disconnected, and somehow connected with another caller who was calling to do the same and also voiced their displeasure with whoever is answering the phone as well. Thought that with the rave reviews left by others, this would be a great office to bring my children to, but I will happily take them somewhere else to be seen. Thank you very much.
My kids have been coming here for the past two years and it’s been wonderful. We are able to make last minute appointments that work with our crazy availability. The staff is very welcoming and the doctor listens to our concerns.
