The doctors appointment was ok. But if you call billing to talk about the bill and pay the bill over the phone they dont even answer the phone and they will block you with out even answering the phone to talk to you. and you will not beable to call the doctors office and schedule a appointment or ask them to get results or even ask them how to contact them thru the internet so if you live out of town you have to wright or send a fax to schedule a appointment or results.

Dr. Nguyen was very kind and professional during our visit! Luckily, we won’t be having to return with our son, but he made our appointment run smoothly and was very informational. I love that they take the time to make sure kiddos feel comfortable receiving care (we loved the projector!). His team is awesome and helpful too.
