Dr Rudolph is positively the best pediatrician that I have worked with. I am the kind of mom and patient that wants to know all the information and trust nothing. Dr Rudolph has patience, knowledge, exceptional communication skills and understands concerns.
Dr. Rudolph and back office staff are fantastic. The blonde at the front desk just seemed to be too good for us or too busy for us. Dismissive and almost rude. If she was more pleasant and less dismissive I'd give the office five stars.
I seriously love EVERY staff member that works here! Thegre always quick to try and get my son in if he has any kind of issue, the doctors are always amazing with explaining things to me like I'm a normal person and not one of their classmates from med school! Dr. Rudolph and his staff are always so kind and friendly. My son doesn't even wanna leave one we get there! Dr. Bolt always tells my son he has birds in his ears and he has to get them out, he then whistles and sounds like a bird! ONLY Way anyone can check his ears! S... read more
Terrible. UNBELIEVABLE neglect and incompetence at this place. I went in because my 1 month old had symptoms of a cold, they told me to give him nasal spray... but they never once touched him, let alone looked down his throat or in his ears, nothing. I had to take him to the ER the next night because he had a high fever. Turns out he had strep throat. Huge miss. I gave them another chance and went in a month later for his shots and because he had a concerning rash. The nurse had filthy nails and gave him his shots with no gl... read more
