My daughter receives OT, PT and speech support through Kidworks. The therapists are very skilled and truly care for my daughter. Good coordination between the services. The billing department has been great, they handled all the insurance side of things for us.
Tuve hoy una experiencia horrible en este lugar tengo una niña con necesidades especiales y un bebé recién nacido y mi cita había codo cancelada y ellos no me avisaron me dejaron llegar asta la clínica para avisarme y en el mensaje que ellos me dejaron decía que si no podía venir tenía que avisar 3 horas antes y si no sería multada con 60$ y entonces me preguntó ellos no me pudieron avisar que mi cita estaba cancelada
Update: I spoke with Liz, the director who listened to my concerns, experiences and offered to help us in the future. My daughter had her evaluation on 2/27, I was asked about my preferred times for appointments before even knowing the results of her assessment. The times and days I provided them, they did not have available but they would keep me posted if anything changed. Today 4/10, I received a message of an opening. Luckily, my daughter has already reached the milestone I was having her assessed for. But the assessment... read more
