Can’t say anything about their services because my children have never been here but I didn’t just call you try and get information. Not sure who answers the phone there but she was rude and very unwelcoming. Very short and instantly seemed very annoyed that ok as calling. I would not want my child to attend a place with rude staff.
So happy we found this place 6 years ago! We have done OT and speech and every therapist has been so skilled and knowledgeable.
This place is horrible, the billing is very antigonistic and the owner won't do anything about it or acknowledge any issues as she is in a relationship with the incompetent "employee"
My daughter receives OT, PT and speech support through Kidworks. The therapists are very skilled and truly care for my daughter. Good coordination between the services. The billing department has been great, they handled all the insurance side of things for us.
