If I could give zero stars, I would. I’m extremely disappointed with how this was handled. My son had an appointment here, and we arrived exactly 8 minutes late. For those eight minutes, I was charged a $20 late fee. I completely understand that businesses need policies regarding lateness, and I would understand a fee for a significant delay or missed appointment. We took our son to get the first hair cut package! The stylist was very nice and knew everything to do to keep my son busy and distracted it was definitely worth the money and I would recommend kidtopia to any moms needing to get there child’s hair cut!!
I took my 11 month old here for the first time today and it was a great experience. Our stylist was very good at working with him and talking to him to make the experience fun and his haircut came out just as I was hoping! We will definitely be return customers!

We took my 6 year old to get her hair cut to soften the front and even out the back. Kidtopia Salon was so great! Our stylist did a great job of cutting her curly hair dry and then when they were done, my daughter asked if they could make her hair look like Rumi from Kpop Demon Hunters! To our amazement, Jess S. braided her hair and added a pink/purple/glitter wash out temp color hairspray.
