I don't usually write reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience because I think other parents should know. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. In my experience, this place is a lot of talk and gimmicks. The car-shaped chair my son was placed in was extremely dirty. They mentioned that this chair is for their smallest customers, which made it even more concerning that it was in that condition. The inside of the chair was brown with layers of built-up grime. We love Makayla! She's been cutting my son's hair since his first haircut and she always does such a good job! We get compliments on his hair all the time. She's so kind and patient with little ones, pulling out all the stops to make them comfortable. Makayla is also great at doing exactly what you ask for, and checking in to make sure you're happy with the cut! I love her so much I've even gone in to get my own hair cut by her.
