This was our first time here and Kidtopia was recommended to me by a fellow mom. We walked in on a Saturday and there was no wait around noon. All of the stylists were so sweet and welcoming, and you could tell they all have a special place in their hearts for kids. Makayla was my daughter’s stylist, and I love how she continued to check in with her throughout the whole process, and explained everything to her in an age appropriate way. Took my son this morning for his first hair cut. We did a walk in service and showed up when they opened. The group was welcoming and ready for the group when we walked it. Quick check in progress and we got our pick of the seat. We selected the race car! My son immediately was not having it but our stylist was prepared with toys and pointing out the kid movie playing at her station. I believe our stylists name was Annabel and she did a wonderful job for the situation our toddler gave her. He was panicked and extremely upset from the second he sat down but she was so patient and kind and did a really good job trimming his hair evenly while he was doing his best alligator death roll impersonating. Everyone was kind and understanding about our son being overwhelmed during his first haircut.
