We love it here! We always see such a difference with our kids. They are always so excited to come here! Staff is amazing, I always recommend kid therapy to others!
When apt was made. They stated that my son would need to start his “sessions” with the facility mind you a week prior -ANY BABY CAN- already did his consult. That’s what I was explaining. They in return said "yes he needs to complete sessions with our office". Friday I get a call to confirm my apt for a 2:15 time instead of his original schedule time at 12:15. Upon arrival the took copies of my id and insurance card. Charged me my co insurance of $95 for a consult only visit. Not the sessions of therapy as previously mention... read more
We've jokingly referred to my child's physical therapist as "Mary Poppins meets a drill instructor" - super friendly and kind, but there is no doubt that she will be working and making progress. We're very grateful!
Displeased with the unprofessional manner in which my patient was discharged.
We have been with KidTherapy for 11 years! The staff is always kind and the billing team always works with us through insurance needs. Management and therapists have been great to work with.
