I was very disappointed with the customer service I received over the phone. Repeatedly responding with “I don’t know” did not inspire confidence or provide the reassurance I was looking for when considering your services. A more knowledgeable or helpful response would have made for a much better experience.
My niece and nephew are patients at this clinic and it feels weird to even state it as such. This place makes them feel so welcome and loved, like they are visiting family. Jahaira is my nephew Gabriels speech therapist and she makes his sessions so fun and engaging. My niece also loves her sessions and we have seen great results on her speech progression. Si buscas terapia de habla en español e inglés este es el lugar adecuado para que tus hijos mejoren, mi hijo recibe terapia de habla con Miss Jahaira y amo el servicio que brinda es atenta es responsable y mi hijo a mejorado en verdad, el ama venir con ella. Si necesitas ayuda con algo Juanita siempre esta dispuesta a ayudar y mantiene este lugar oliendo rico y limpio, Jenifer quien atiende al frente es tan amable y siempre tiene una sonrisa para dar.
