KidTherapy was very communicative and double checked we would be attending our appointment. The front desk was so nice and gave my daughter a prize from their display. She's 3 months and was obsessed with an owl rattle they had. I also needed to feed my daughter and she gave me a cover since I left mine at home in a hurry. She made the experience so pleasant. We have been coming to Ms Deborah for about a year now and my little one just adores her! She radiates kindness and peace. He will mention things she’s taught him throughout the week. He even told me I needed to try taking a deep breath once! Ah haha!
I’ve had a really frustrating experience here. They make appointments without even informing you, and you just suddenly get a message saying you have an appointment you never scheduled. On top of that, they don’t even get it right — like scheduling physical therapy when it was supposed to be speech therapy. The staff always seem confused, and instead of acknowledging mistakes, they act like it’s your fault. The attitude is very unprofessional and dismissive.
