If I can give them no stars I would! By far the most unprofessional work place I have ever encountered. I have been trying to obtain something as simple as my daughter's immunization chart for months now. Their staff seems to have received little to no training. They are very rude and uneducated. I would never recommend this practice to any parent. Horrible! The CEO should be ashamed to attach his/her name to the company.
Kidsville Pediatrics on Lake Underhill has been by far the worst experience I have ever had at a doctor's office. They were unprofessional and unwilling to see my side of the story. They did not accept it was their fault that they didn't have the shot records in a timely manner and we had two appointments we had to pay for instead of one. I should have looked up the reviews on this place before going there. It seems like this inconsiderate behavior is a pattern.
I've been waiting for a credit since November 13. Insurance company already called them to say they need to credit me. Today I call and the office manager still needs to speak to administrator. SERIOUSLY!!!!
When you literally have to unlock the door at 8:30 and im the only person in the parking lot and waiting room and you turn me away because one of your doctor didn't show up, and the other said he refuses to see walk ins and your office manager is incompetent... I found a new.. Better office. If you can't get my kids records sent over, in an appropriate time manner, you will see my face again, and there will be norhing nice about me!
