If I could rate it with zero star I would. It has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatrician and his team. First and last time I visited this pediatrician !!! I took my six month old to administer his vaccinations and the pediatrician wanted me to make another appointment for the vaccinations because she did not have the records. I asked them to please try to call the previous pediatrician because I did not want to make a new appointment since they would charge me twice and it seemed unnecessary. The nurse... read more
very unorganized & unprofessional. misdiagnosed my daughter several times. mixed up her vaccines at 2 months & 4 months old. didnt have it in their system. they arent very kid friendly..& the wait time is always ridiculous..appt or not. ill be switching my kids asap.
Lack of professionalism and lack of hospitality..
You guys suck ass.. Very lazy, unmotivated.. Why even come into work if all you're gonna do is warm up your chair and leave people on hold. How dare y'all lock me and my infant outside just because y'all wanna have lunch.. I know you guys close for your lunch hour, but don't forget that you guys are a 2 star ! Just left the office and asked for medical records release. I AM DONE! After calling in this morning telling them my daughter has flu symptoms, they told me to bring her in after 5. I got there early, as my last after hours visit was a nightmare. At 5:15 the woman at front desk called our name and proceeded to tell me they had no flu tests available and asked me if i was there for her ear. (I never mentioned anything about any ear!)
