It was wonderful i like the class very much
The coaches especially coach Mitch takes extra time and care with my son Aiden particularly on days he has more difficulty understanding the directions or is having symptoms of his Anxiety. They make it fun and engaging and give the kids space when they need it even if that means they don't fully participate in the activity being done. My son is really working hard to strengthen his core and gain confidence. The coaches are so kind and helpful during the class to pump the kids up
Overall positive experience for our child that he looks forward to eagerly each week! The coaches provide the right balance of supporting as well as challenging the kids, meeting them at their respective level (or slightly above).
