KidStrong Woodbury has been a fantastic experience for both our kids, Darrin and Natalie. They love all their coaches, and feel like they can be themselves around them with their silly personalities. We plan on continuing our membership for as long as the kids are happy and engaged!
Program is based on teaching every day skills that kids should be learning. Very welcoming to kids of all levels and encourages kids to never give up. Love how they have rewards and the kids help cheer in one another.
Highly recommend! I can’t say enough good things about KidStrong in Woodbury! The coaches are amazing and are truly great with the kids. Our daughter who gets very anxious and nervous has found so much confidence thanks to this class. We have seen a night and day difference just in a matter of a few weeks. She looks forward to going every week. We are strong, we are brave, we can do this!!

KidStrong has been fun and exciting for the whole family! My 5 year old is on a speech delay and gets very shy and timid especially in social situations. During class 1 & 2 I was a 200lb turtle being tagged and boosting around the cones because he refused to go out on his own, but by week 2 he was running around and playing along with everyone else and I got to watch him shine all on his own.
