Kidstrong Woodbury has really gone downhill since we first joined last fall 2025. What used to be a great experience has now become frustrating due to poor management, careless front desk staff, and coach shortages. 1. Natalie at the front desk used to be great, but she left in March. Now Mitch handles the front desk, and his careless, arrogant attitude is obvious. We've always had wonderful coaches, but our kiddo has had the most amazing connection with coach Mitch and we feel lucky to have him there! I love that my wild child has a place to constructively use his energy, paired with social and character lessons we've been able to see him, and help him, use outside of class.
