Took my reluctant 7 year old for a trial class and she came out smiling and willing to go back for more. That says a lot. The program seems very well designed.
Our son is not really interested in sports but Kidstrong has been a great athletic option for him. He enjoys every class and the coaches and I see him getting so much stronger.
My son likes to go to class. He has fun and he trains with his group. He's made new friends as well. I personally like the affirmation to start class, the public speaking weeks, and the problem solving weeks.
