My 7-year-old kids really enjoy these classes. The weekly sessions are always conducted on time, and they love the variety of activities offered. The only downside is that it takes a bit of time to learn how to use the app for booking makeup classes.

I wanted my son to get more active and lay off the screen time so I enrolled him in a class at KidStrong for his age group. He LOVES his class. He was just promoted to the next level and he was so happy. The coaches are terrific here and based on what I’ve observed, they genuinely care about the kids and know all their names. The center is kept clean. FYI, they also have summer camp. Worth the investment for what he’s getting here, including improved self-confidence.

Our trail class went so well! The space was clean and the coaches were nice and energetic! The curriculum kept my 10 month old interested the whole class.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at KidStrong. My son has special needs and limited speech, and from the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel welcomed, supported, and included. The class had about 12 children ages 5–7, but the staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating. Elliot, the manager, was exceptional. He was very knowledgeable about the autism community and immediately understood some of my son’s needs. He even had a sensory bin prepared and waiting in case it was needed. My son has shown so much improvement in confidence in only just a few classes. - I caught him saying “I am strong, I am brave” (the kid strong motto) when he was nervous. He is eagerly asking me every week when he will become alpha. Can’t wait to see what more is in store ! We love kid strong!
