The staff were all friendly and knowledgeable...the gym was very clean...the 45 mins were used very well
My Grandsons are taking classes at Kidstrong in Virginia Beach, and love this program. The program is excellent for all children. The class time is structured and challenging. The participants do individual and group tasks. The children are taught to do their best. All of the coaches are awesome and help build confidence in the children. I like that they have kids of all abilities there and they treat everyone with kindness and hold each kid to their own abilities. The autistic kid isn't going to be able to do the same thing as my kid and they see that and work with everyone individually without demeaning them or singling anyone out. It's a good environment for everyone I feel like.
