We’ve had a great experience with KidStrong Virginia Beach! The coaches are friendly, encouraging, and really know how to work with kids. They do a great job making the workouts fun while also helping the kids build strength, confidence, coordination, and discipline. This place is so amazing, I've been bringing both my little ones for 8 months now and won't be stopping anytime soon. The program is so amazing and great for the kids and the coaches are awesome. We've had so many great experiences with Coach Ben, D, Aniah, Alexis, Gabby, Bree, Cesar even had a new Coach recently named Ryan who felt like she was a perfect fit for this place with the kids. My son is full of energy and has a hard time staying focused. His coaches are consistent in keeping him focus and engaged. I recommend Kidstrong to all my friends no matter the kids age.
