This place is so amazing, I've been bringing both my little ones for 8 months now and won't be stopping anytime soon. The program is so amazing and great for the kids and the coaches are awesome. We've had so many great experiences with Coach Ben, D, Aniah, Alexis, Gabby, Bree, Cesar even had a new Coach recently named Ryan who felt like she was a perfect fit for this place with the kids. My son is full of energy and has a hard time staying focused. His coaches are consistent in keeping him focus and engaged. I recommend Kidstrong to all my friends no matter the kids age.
My highly energetic son had an amazing time at this first class! The coaches were enthusiastic and encouraging and the class moved at a perfect pace. We will be returning!
Staff were so friendly and helpful! The place was a lot cleaner than I anticipated, including the bathrooms which is always an added bonus. The workouts were super creative and fun, my child smiled nearly the whole time and enjoyed the challenge! I love that they incorporate respect and teamwork into the workouts. I think my child will learn more here about teamwork, respect, and sportsmanship than he has on his actual sports teams.
