I am extremely disappointed with the way I was treated by the general manager at this location. I initially wanted to cancel my daughter’s membership because she was being bullied in her class and needed help with scheduling. Instead of showing any understanding or trying to find a solution, the general manager was extremely rude and basically told me, “It is what it is. Wonderful experience at KidStrong Vaughan! The coaches are amazing—so welcoming, patient, encouraging, and great with the kids. The environment is positive, energetic, and well organized, and I love how the program builds confidence, independence, and physical skills while keeping everything fun and engaging. Highly recommend!

My son and I both love the class. He’s very attentive and engaged for most of the exercises, and he's been improving at returning to the dot, listening for instructions, and taking turns. His confidence and gross motor skills have skyrocketed and he's become more social with both adults and other children. Aside from all the benefits my son gets, it's like a free workout for parents too.
