My daughter loves Kidstrong! As a parent of a child with different needs and developmental delays, I have truly appreciated the coaches and their efforts. They personalize with goal setting and provide support with high expectations. I would recommend this program to any parent! Working on physical strength, confidence, and executive functioning skills!

Coach Janna is fantastic when it comes to teaching classes. Her enthusiasm and leadership qualities actively keep both adults and children engaged, active and present during class. The other coaches are great and follow the program well, but I've noticed a pattern of disconnect and disbursement with the class when a coach's communication and enthusiasm dips. A bit of confidence building and bonding with their class groups will change that in no time!

Love Kidstrong and the way the coaches interact with the kids and motivate them!
