I'm editing my review because 1) I forgot I wrote one and 2) I wanted to add that I cannot say enough good things about KidStrong! All of the coaches are great but a special shout out to Coach Kenny and Coach Nicole since we see them the most. They are both supportive and encouraging. My son started out super shy and how he will participate in the social greeting and class affirmations. If you're on the fence, you should take a trial class. You and your child will love it here

Since my son has started this class, I’ve noticed a huge difference in his willingness to work and interact with other children. The staff does a wonderful job encouraging his independence while still providing a nurturing and supportive environment.

I took my two children for a trial class. My youngest (3-4yrs) put on a dramatic scene and the staff was most patient and gained her trust. In the end she had fun, my son loved his class (7-9yrs). As a mother, I appreciated their soft approach and then executed a phenomenal experience. Great exercise for the children and they passed right out after class. Lol. We’re definitely returning for future classes!!!
