There was a good atmosphere for encouraging and rooting for the children.The structure was spot on with the class. I felt the advertisement showed a much bigger facility. So I wasn't pleased with the amount of space the children had. But everyone that works there-very great customer service. Maybe the other locations aren't that small. It was very clean as well. Also the owner is very attentive and purposeful about her interactions, waiting in expectation on more locations!
The customer service is stellar, the space is inviting, and coaches have great energy, are very positive and affirming to the kids and parents alike.
Marisa!!!!! I received a big smile and a warm welcome, for me that’s what it’s all about when it comes to customer engagement, I can tell she genuinely cares about the kids time there, with that welcome and kind attitude, it didn’t matter how the rest of the session went.
