Very entertaining and physically demanding, just what our boys (6 and 7) need. Coach Rob and Coach Jill are a great team, they push the kids but are sensitive to individual needs. Great booster of confidence and social skills.

My daughter has a lot of Social/emotional challenges. She’s never wanted to participate in group classes, but she loves going to kid Strong. Great coaches, organized classes. WE LOVE IT!
I’m sharing our experience so other parents, especially those with autistic or neurodivergent children, can make an informed decision. My son is autistic, and KidStrong knew this before he began the program. When they asked what I hoped he would gain from the classes, I specifically said, “I’m hoping he can play in a group better.” On September 15, I was unexpectedly told he could no longer attend.
