It seems like this place must be under new management because it has changed significantly over the past few months, and unfortunately not for the better. Classes are consistently understaffed, yet the prices remain the same. It's disappointing because the quality of the experience for the kids has clearly declined. It feels as though the focus has shifted more toward maximizing revenue than providing the level of instruction and attention families expect.
I watched my nephew attend Coach Mya’s class last week and I was so amazed by the amount of energy and love she showed every single child! She greeted each one as they walked in and made sure to constantly include the parents with every lesson . I’ve seen many extra circulars and she was by far the best coach I have ever met . She is the sole reason my family keeps their membership . I loved the experience. Clean, give clear instructions. I just hope there were more trainers or more one to one care!!
Great energy, and a safe, encouraging environment for kids. Highly recommended!
The staff was very friendly and knew how to communicate with the kids. The kids, including Henry, we’re having fun and you could really see it. I think overall it’s a really great place for kids to learn practical life skills and at the same time, have fun.
