Hello, My children have been attending KidStrong Parker, but after everything that has happened, I am extremely disappointed. My daughter was supposed to receive her award and shirt on November 11th — it wasn’t available. We were asked to return on November 18th — she was forgotten again. I was really hopeful about KidStrong of Commack based on the hype, but our experience was incredibly disappointing. Communication was almost entirely via text, which felt impersonal and unprofessional. I was told that my special needs child would be placed in a smaller class and that the staff was trained to work with children who have unique learning needs.
