I highly recommend KidStrong NW Okc to anyone who has a child of pre-k year to 5th grade year. This program is so interactive with the kids. The class lasts 45 minutes and you definitely get your money’s worth. The entire staff at this location is phenomenal to work with. And this is from the front desk to the coaches our child works with. The explanatory process of how the program works was very clear. And I feel like our child gets a lot out of the program. I highly recommend you check them out today.

So far I'm impressed with the program. The price is double my gym membership, for one class a week, I think it's a bit high. But on the other side of that... Once a week is low commitment so I definitely like that. I can't wait to see what my children gain from this program.
