Disappointing Experience at KidStrong North Austin We had a very disappointing experience with KidStrong. Nowhere during the registration process did they clearly explain that parent participation is required for classes up to age 4–5. That would have definitely impacted our decision to sign up. During the class, my son was bored and wandering around because no one explained to him what to do or how to participate. Or son has been going to KidStrong since he was 12 months old and is now 5.5. He has good control of his body and is more confident. I believe this has shaped him to become the athlete he is already. He’s constantly running, climbing and competing. He even randomly does push ups, squats, jumping jacks and burpees. The leveling up, awards & competitions appeal to his competitive nature in a positive, supportive way. The coaches love the kids, are encouraging and know when to challenge them.

Most of the coaches are fun and good and my kid had fun. Only one class was very dull , boring and it was a different coach. None the less their administrative and financial part of the company sucks. Be the judge. I wanted to cancel the membership because my kid was going out of the country for 2 months. Since I didn't do it 30 days in advance they told me I could freeze it for 2 months and only pay 15 dollar for each month. Please see attached screen shoot of the message I sent. Clear as day .
