​I was looking forward to letting my child try a KidStrong class to see if it would be a good fit, but the enrollment process for a simple trial is a letdown. They force you to give your credit card details upfront. When I expressed my discomfort with this, staff explained that it is standard policy, comparing it to a hotel check-in hold. I cannot say enough positive things about kidstrong in Libertyville. Coach Dom & Dalis have worked with my daughter Dawson on so many different skills. She has already shown improvement in jumping with two feet and balancing. She also had a potty accident and they were so supportive and didn’t make me feel bad when I didn’t even have a change of clothes for her 🤦‍♀️. The program itself is a great concept on paper for kids especially gaining and improving their confidence, however, it needs a lot of improvements. The coaches work really hard to get the kids to be engaged, however they’re not getting the support from some parents. Some parents treat this place like it’s a free range indoor playground where they (parents) talk over the coaches as they have their own conversations. We have had great experiences with Kidstrong! Very energetic coaches & they are very accommodating. My kids love it
