I highly recommend KidStrong because it has helped my child build confidence, strength, independence, and important social skills in such a positive and encouraging environment. The coaches are energetic, patient, and genuinely invested in helping each child succeed. I especially appreciate that the program focuses not only on physical development, but also on teaching resilience, teamwork, and how to believe in themselves. It has been so rewarding to watch my child grow and become more confident with each class.

Our kids love KidStrong and have gained so many skills from being members! Our youngest just joined and from watching his brother in class over the last year, he is already confident in his own abilities. They have fun but also learn skills that they will take throughout their daily lives. The coaches are amazing and thoughtfully make an effort to give each child encouragement and a positive experience tailored to their skills/needs!

My son recently did a trial class at Kids Strong Fairfield, and he absolutely loved it! We were so impressed that we signed him up right away. The facility is clean, welcoming, and well organized, and the coaches were incredibly friendly and encouraging. The energy throughout the class was amazing and kept all of the kids engaged and excited. We're looking forward to many more classes. Highly recommend to any family looking for a fun and positive place for their kids to build confidence and stay active!
