My kiddo has had noticeably better emotional and mental improvement after initial classes here. I believe in what they do because I’m seeing the results real time. The attention to physical activities in tune with mental/intellectual skills is practiced throughout each session. Even though some activities are hard, I can see that my kid is learning perseverance and how to overcome a lot more than before,

I love the structure and mission of KidStrong. I feel that the program is very intentional about helping little ones to master motor and social skills, as well as building on cognitive ability and self esteem. I was so happy to see my child win his first award at the end of the class. So rewarding for him and myself overall!

This is a great place for young kids to learn how to listen to coaches, work together, build their motor skills and muscle memory, and just have a fun time getting some energy out.
