Impressed by the coach's clear explanations of every activity and their supportive attitude.
The coaches are incredible. They keep the kids engaged and having fun. Even when a little one (my own) has a hard time they gently bring them back. I am impressed every single time! I am so glad a friend recommended Kidstrong to us and I will now recommend it to every parent I know!
Good experience to begin with for the high energy fast paced. Engaging and focus oriented. Our 4 year old is excited about the upcoming sessions.
Giving two stars because the coaches really are great but the back end is not so great. I tried to call to cancel and left two voicemails and sent a text with no response. I then called again and was told to email so I did that as well. I was still charged so I called again. I was told I need to give 30 days notice which is a tough pill to swallow when I had tried to reach out several times. The website and social media made it easy to see what the classes were about. It was easy to book and easy to reschedule as things kept coming up with my son. We finally were able to come in to do our trial, and sign up! The coaches were very patient and helpful especially when my son was struggling with following instructions. The place was kept very tidy and clean. I'm excited for my son to continue the classes!
