My son has been a member of KidStrong for over a year now and his confidence, agility, and strength have surpassed our expectations! The instructors are kind and really motivate the kids throughout the activities. He has so much fun and is always excited for his next class. We can’t recommend KidStrong enough!

Every class is engaging, well-organized, and helps build strength, confidence, and coordination. The coaches are amazing with children—supportive, encouraging. We highly recommend KidStrong to any family looking for a positive and active environment for their kids!
The young ladies that coach the classes are superb. They include rad and every child. They are warm and inclusive.
