My daughter left her first class very excited about coming back. She had a great time with the fun activities and even when she was unable to complete a challenge she was praised for her efforts which encouraged her to continue trying.
Every week, my kids are so excited to go to Kids Strong! In just the past four weeks, they have learned so much, and I’ve already seen such a big boost in their confidence. Everything was very easy from the moment I went on the website to book a free trial session. Walked in and was immediately greeted, they seemed genuinely excited to see my kids and have us there. The classes were run very well and the coaches easily pivoted when the kids needed something different or a mental break. The owner, total sweetheart, sat down with me and explained the program, why the classes are structured the way they are, and the expectations of the children. I enrolled my kids the same day.
Staff was absolutely phenomenal. My son has Autism and does not do well in situations where he feels people are looking at him. He came off the floor for a few and the staff was talking to him trying to ease him back into participating. The coaches were very positive and patient with him. He did end up returning to the session with a smile on his face.
