My wife and I brought our young son to this pediatric urgent care because he had been running a fever over 100°F for more than a day, along with coughing, sneezing, and significant congestion. Given his history of ear infections, we were concerned he might have another one. This urgent care is trash! I have reached out to them several times regarding my billing that is incorrect to no avail. The only time they have responded is because I put a Google review up. It was told if I sent an email to the email posted that someone will respond to me again silent.!!! So I will keep posting until somebody calls me back regarding my billing that happened in January and I have not been able to get anyone on the phone or anyone to respond in regards to this matter!!!
